Home made hot mulled Wine


Home smoked trout, watercress puree & chopped egg salad

Pan fried scallops, carrot & cardamom puree, crispy vegetable salad

Smoked duck breast with a warm salad of beetroot, new potatoes & green beans

Cream of roasted onion & cider soup, smoked cheese croutes (V)


Fillet of turbot, casserole of mixed shellfish with crushed potatoes & a caviar sauce

Roasted cod, braised shin of beef with mushrooms, onions & bacon, mashed potato

Seared monkfish tail, char grilled polenta, slow roasted tomatoes, basil pesto & a parmesan crisp

Local venison; roasted loin & faggot, swede fondant, cabbage, red wine sauce

40 day aged rib eye steak, hand cut triple cooked chips, garlic & parsley butter

Wild mushroom & tarragon risotto, crispy egg & 36 month matured parmesan (V)


Iced Christmas pudding parfait, hot brandy sauce foam

Profiteroles with an amaretto & almond ice cream, hot chocolate sauce

Cinnamon crème brûlée with a bramley apple “strudel”

Trio of white, dark & milk chocolate, pistachio ice cream

Selection of 5 British cheeses, celery, crackers & grapes
