Ragstone cheese is a soft to firm goat's milk cheese made by Charlie Westhead at Neals Yard Creamery. It is made with unpasteurised goat's milk and uses traditional animal rennet. It has a sharp creamy taste with a slight citrus aftertaste.
Waterloo

A semi-soft cheese made from cow's milk. Its made by Anne and Andy Wigmore. Waterloo was originally made on the Duke of Wellington’s estate, hence the name. it has a buttery and slightly salty flavour, which is balanced, by the slightly more acidic centre.
